Please note - the Hall is run by volunteers, some of whom work and all of whom have other commitments, so online enquiries/emails may not be checked every day.

If your enquiry is for a booking at short notice (less than 2 weeks), please contact the Booking Secretary by telephone first on 01379 674427, or by text message on 07774 308343. Thank you for your understanding.

Please make sure that you have confirmed availability using the Availability calendar and read the Hirers' Liability Summary of Cover before completing a request.

Please also note the Standard Conditions of Hire v 2.4 Mar 2024 and Insurance Endorsement 215 - Excluded Activities which relate to all bookings at the Hall.

If the form fails to submit please verify your entries are correct, in particular the dates/times which must be entered using the supplied format.
