Craft and Chat
Members of our Craft and Chat Group enjoy a varied range of craft activities.
You'll find members of the Craft Group regularly pursuing our interests in knitting, crochet, dressmaking and sewing, patchwork and quilting, cross stitch and other embroidery techniques, card making and various papercrafts.
We welcome anyone who would like to practise their skills, learn a new technique in any of these crafts or just spend a few hours chatting and being creative with like-minded people. We're a friendly group and if you're stuck on something, one of us can probably point you in the right direction.
Our group is affiliated to Norfolk Knitters and Stitchers, who produce a great many items for various charities around the UK and overseas. Some of our members create items on their behalf, and we welcome donations of unwanted craft materials which can be used for charitable purposes.
We meet four times a month: the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month from 10am to 1pm, and the 2nd and 4th Monday from 2pm to 4pm. There is a charge of £3 per session, to include coffee/tea and biscuits.
